Press Metal Aluminium Sdn Bhd and Abaro are teaming up to give back to the community in a meaningful way. This year, they're focusing on supporting underprivileged students at SK Sg Binjai and SK Batu Belah by providing essential school items.

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd, in partnership with Abaro, has launched a community initiative focused on aiding underprivileged students across six schools. The schools benefiting from this collaboration include SK Dato’ Manan, SK Ijok, SK Rantau Panjang, SK Tanjong Keramat, SKJC Aik Thee, and SKJC Yuk Chih.

A total of 132 students from Sekolah Kebangsaan (Asli) Bukit Kemandol received school supplies from School2U as part of its first corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. The students, from Year 1 to 6, received items including bags, shoes, uniforms, stationery, and notebooks.

The donation done by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Murukku Meesai Tamilan Kebangsaan (MMT) to 150 students includes both secondary school and primary school. We're hoping that these donation will benefit all beneficiaries.

Malaysian Sheet Glass Sdn Bhd officiated its back-to-school campaign through a program called “Shoes of Hope” to help 200 needy children to start their school session this year.

Our CSR activities were initiated from a newspaper article reporting about how poor children in Laos walk barefoot or wear ill-fitting shoes to school. We believe that a new pair of shoes can be life-changing for kids in need.

From ragged slippers to new school shoes, these Nepali children have reasons to smile this festive season. Through a kind volunteer Selina Ng, Abaro donated 100 pairs of shoes to Shree Bacheshwor Primary School and Shree Bhagawati Primary School, Kavrepalanchok located in rural Nepal

The initiative has been extended multiples schools in Malaysia. In 2017, the activities has reached out school children in Nilai and Sepang.

In Laos, 23.3% of its people live below their national poverty line, according to the World Bank. Many families are unable to afford adequate clothing.

Since 2016, we have given out close to 21,000 pairs of ABARO school shoes to poor and needy children in Laos through corporate partnerships and our corporate social responsibility initiative.
